At Graceful Glow as a small, service-based business, last-minute cancellations directly impact our schedule and the ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all guests, I kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% service fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. After two no-shows, advance payment may be required for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. The full service fee will still apply. Card on File A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will only be charged according to the terms of the policy. Understanding & Respect We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact me soon as possible. We will always try to work with you, but repeated violations will require prepayment for future services.
